At UNDERPROMOTION.NET βοΈ, every shirt is printed specifically for your order. We don't keep shelves full of inventory waiting to be shipped β each item is made on demand once your order is placed.
Because of this, please review your design, color, size, and shipping details carefully before completing checkout.
REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS
We will happily replace or refund your order if:
β You received the wrong item
β Your item arrived damaged, defective, or misprinted
Refund or replacement requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
WHAT IS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUNDS OR RETURNS
Because all products are printed to order, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:
β Incorrect sizes selected during checkout
β Incorrect colors, styles, or product variants selected during checkout
β Accidental orders
β Change of mind after purchase
β Ordering multiple sizes with the intention of returning the ones that do not fit
β Claims of checkout or sizing-selection errors without evidence showing the order was submitted differently than the details displayed in the order confirmation
The size, color, and product details shown on your order confirmation are considered the final order specifications submitted at checkout.
SIZING
Please review the sizing chart provided on each product page before ordering. If you are between sizes, we recommend measuring a favorite shirt and comparing it to the chart.
HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT

Including photos helps us resolve issues much faster.

This policy may be updated from time to time. By placing an order, you agree to the version of the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
